Cheese 101 Hands-On Workshop

Join Stephanie, owner of Central Wedge, for a hands-on introduction to the basics of cheese, including a guided tasting of 7 Pennsylvania cheeses!

You'll be greeted with a cheese and charcuterie board to start the evening. By the time you leave, you will have experienced an intro to:
-the main styles of cheese (how to identify them and what to expect flavor-wise)
-A guided tasting of 7 Pennsylvania cheeses
-basic sensory evaluation skills
-buying, storing and serving cheese
-basic terminology

You'll be ready for holiday cheese buying in one evening and the most knowledgeable cheese guru in your friend group!
