Black Light Glow Flow with Lisa Stets

Come out to a fun, Halloween themed class set to the glow of black lights and a spooky playlist. Enjoy a moderate yet energetically paced sequence of fun and interesting yoga poses. The class will create a chance for you to decompress from stress and tap into fun vibes, elevating your Prana (life force) to evoke a connection to joy. Tap into your creative side and accessorize with neon colors, black light makeup, jewelry and any other creative items that your heart desires. The room will glow along with your outfits and accessories. The black light glow is also captured well photos, so bring your most creative ideas that you are able to move in. All fitness levels are welcome, so come out and glow. We will supply glow paint and glow sticks and all the spooky, stretchy fun.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Due to the extensive set up, we require a minimum of 10 participants to run this class.
