Black Light Glow Flow with Lisa Stets

Come out to a fun,Halloween themed class set to the glow of black lights and a spooky playlist. Enjoy a moderate yet energetically paced sequence of fun and interesting yoga poses. Wear clothing with the fluorescent colors of orange, pink, green or yellow so that you glow under black light, and wear any costume accessories that light up your inner joy. Having fun is good medicine for the soul, so come out and glow. All levels are welcome. We will supply glow paint and glow sticks and all the spooky, stretchy fun.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Due to the extensive set up, we require a minimum of 10 participants to run this class.
