Join the North Scottsdale Cycling Club on Saturday at Starbucks 31317 N Scottsdale Rd at Scottsdale and Lone Mtn Road.
We ride in 3 groups:
A 18- 21 MPH
B 16-17 MPH
C 14- 15 MPH
This is a no drop ride.
This week is the Ravens View Ride. The ride is approximately 26 miles. There is about 1,300 feet of elevation. There are 6 extra miles for A group.
We will leave the Starbuck, we go east/ right on Lone Mtn Road. We then head north/left on Pima Rd, make a right east on Legend trail to the end at Stagecoach. Here is where all Groups will pause to regroup to see if anyone wants to go to a faster or slower group.
Then the groups will depart separately to make a right on Stagecoach and left on Lone Mountain Parkway and right on Cave Creek Road. After reaching the top at Bartlett Dam Rd, we will continue another 2 miles on N Cave Creek Rd To Ravens View at N Mine Road.
The A group continues past Raven's View and remain on Cave Creek Road until the pavement ends at Seven Springs. This is approximately an additional 6 miles and 500 ft elevation
Groups will retrace the route and head back the way they came.
As always, those that will meet for coffee on the return

Each rider participates at their own risk since we are all riding together for exercise, fun and friendship. Please listen to the safety briefing before each ride (know the hand signals for left, right and stop), obey all traffic signals, and stay single file in the bike lanes when they are available. Please always ensure you have a working bright red rear light when riding with us.
