Autumn Equinox Meditation and Drumming Circle

Join us as we honor the Autumn Equinox with a special guided meditation and drumming circle.

Join us as we welcome the Autumn with a special meditation and drumming circle! This season of the harvest and preparation invites us to reflect on the past year, inspired by the energy of Squirrel. Together, we’ll honor the earth’s transition to fall.

This event is open to all, whether you are new to meditation or have a seasoned practice. Come with an open heart and a willingness to receive. Bring a drum or rattle, I will have a few to share.

Donations are welcome and appreciated. 🙏

Snacks, water, tea and coffee will be provided. We will do our meditation on the floor. If you need a chair please let me know in advance.
