Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 14 business days prior to the workshop Refunds will not be processed if cancellation occurs within 14 business days of the workshop.
Payment can be transferred to another workshop (of the same workshop type, though day and time may be different) if re-scheduling more than 7 business days prior to your workshop date.
Tickets will only be transferred once, then payment is forfeited.
No shows will forfeit payment and payment is not transferrable to another workshop.
For cancellations prior to the 14 business day cut off, email Allettare Dezigns to organise a refund or transfer less any payment processing fees plus a $25 admin fee.
