What we think and say about ourselves has a powerful effect on what we see, what we feel and what we do. Research shows that when we relate to our body and to ourselves with compassion and supportive self-talk, we can experience less anxiety, more self-confidence, and are more likely to stick with behaviors that support health and well-being, even after set-backs.
Join Holistic Health and Mindset Coach Kat Libby - and women like you - to explore new ways of speaking, thinking and feeling about your physical body, your athletic health and yourself. Experience connection, feel inspired and shift your mindset to feel empowered to honor your body and know your worth.
In this interactive workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to:
DISCOVER: How our thoughts and words shape our health, wellbeing and our reality. Are your thoughts propelling you towards your desires or holding you back?
PRACTICE: Learn and apply tools to shift your inner dialogue and move away from limiting beliefs that stand in your way.
GROW: Walk away with deepened awareness, increased mind-body connection and equipped to step into the state of wellness and joy you desire.
You have the power to live your healthiest, fullest life! Bring your journal and an open mind - I can’t wait to meet you.
