We are looking for a diverse cast of actors, ages 13 an up, to fill 20 roles (15M, 5F).

SHOW SYNOPSIS
The Outsiders details the conflict between two rival gangs divided by their socioeconomic status: the working-class “Greasers” and the upper-middle-class “Socs”. The story is told in first-person perspective by teenage protagonist Ponyboy Curtis, and takes place in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1965.

AUDITION DATES AND TIMES
May 19th and 20th from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
The Varsity Center in Carbondale, IL

WHAT TO PREPARE
No monologue will be required. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.
