If you’ve ever wanted to dive deeper into understanding your dreams, this immersive experience will guide and reconnect you in a way that feels magical, approachable and empowering. Over the course of 5 weeks, we will explore the essential practices and understandings of why and how we dream and how listening and activating from these mystical nighttime experiences can have profound transformative effects on our lives.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
● Each week we will open and close our time together in collective ceremony, prayer &
Guided Dreaming
○ Week 1: Heed the Call: Learn the basics of why we dream, what purpose dreams serve and how to begin to build ritual alongside cultivating dream recall and journaling practices
○ Week 2: Entering the Wilderness: Learn about the types of dreams, their general structure and how to begin to think about your dreams from a personal, emotional, symbolic and energetic perspective
○ Week 3: Finding Our Pack: The Collective Unconscious and Archetypes - how sharing our dreams can build a new and more loving world.
○ Week 4: The Journey Beyond: This week we will explore the thinning of the veil - how dreams can support our transition from this life to the next by receiving messages and reconnecting to those beyond.
○ Week 5: The Wild Magic: What we can do in our waking life to call the dream forward and create magical change and transformation in our lives.
***please bring a journal/ pen, an eye mask (optional) and water.
You do not need to remember your nighttime dreams to attend or participate in this experience!
Whether you remember or not, expect a deeper connection to your dreams and magic in your life as a result.

Having been a prolific dreamer since childhood, Serafina has leaned on the wisdom and guidance of her own dreams throughout her life for over 20 years now. Her curiosity (and dreams) led to her becoming a Certified Professional Dreamworker/Yoga Instructor/Meditation Instructor, Somatic Practitioner, Marketing & Brand Executive, Storyteller and Educator.
Serafina is passionate about the mystical aspects of this life -- continuously seeking the practical magic in everyday life while learning how to cultivate a beautiful and trusting relationship with these amazing bodies we've been gifted. Her mission is to help guide her clients and students into the unknown darkness of the realm of the dreaming in a very human way to discover the empowerment and uniqueness that lies within.
