About the Journey

Like a river that moves steadily toward the sea, this sound journey is an invitation to let go, release, and remember your natural flow. Drawing inspiration from The River is Flowing, we weave its imagery of life, surrender, and renewal into the sounds of the journey through the ancient and powerful voices of gongs.

As the deep resonance of the gongs washes over you, the river theme carries you into a meditative space where time softens and the body unwinds. You’ll be immersed in sound waves that echo the river’s currents—sometimes gentle and shimmering, sometimes powerful and surging.

This journey is more than listening—it’s an embodied meditation, where the sound becomes the river where you can rest. 

ADRON BEENE

Adron brings the serenity of the small sheep ranch he lives on in an oak forest, as well as his mastery of music. As a classically trained musician and viniyoga practitioner, he intertwines his skills bringing you a subtle yet powerful sound ceremony derived from ancient Vedic traditions.

RUBY HERNANDEZ

Deeply inspired by nature, Ruby infuses the serene groundedness of the redwood forest and the whimsical playfulness of a dolphin in the sea to her sound healing journeys. As a holistic healer in a variety of modalities, including yoga, sound, and energy clearing, Ruby intends that participants walk away feeling blissfully harmonious in body, mind, and soul.
