Smoking Cessation - Virtual

Ready to quit smoking and embrace a healthier lifestyle? Mercy Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation – Lacey Street will be hosting smoking cessation classes. The free class is open to anyone. Topics covered include the benefits of quitting smoking, learning new skills and behaviors in place of cigarettes and available medications. The class will be every third Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. in a virtual setting. Upon sign up, a link for the virtual class will be sent to you.
