Coffee Run - C Salt

C Salt Gourmet Market - 9:00am - Please park in the lot behind C-Salt so that we don't take up patron spaces while we're out running! Thank you!

We'll head out for a planned 6 to 7 mile group trail or road run, which can be easily modified to do more or less mileage. We will meet back at C Salt for coffee and breakfast for those who would like to partake. There is indoor and outdoor seating available at C Salt, and a full breakfast menu.

Common sense protocols: please do not attend if you are not feeling well. Attendance at a group run is inherently risky. Your presence reflects your acceptance of the risks.
