Calling all outdoor lovers who are looking for a little bit of zen.

We started offering sound baths back in 2021 once the NFK studio opened. Over the years they have become a can fave in BOTH our sun + water studios, and now we are taking the zen off the mat and to your paddle board!

Join us as we connect with mother nature + tap into the world of sound healing! This class is open to every BODY && you can save if you bring your own paddle board! We have a VERY limited number of boards to rent so please grab your spot in advance and get ready for some chilllll on the water
