🎳 Zone Bowling – Community Connection Day 🎳
Thursday 15th January | Ages 16+
We’re inviting our disability community to come together for a fun, relaxed bowling session focused on connection, inclusion and belonging.
This is a supported social space where participants can enjoy some laughs, meet new people, and build friendships in a safe and welcoming environment. Support workers and carers are warmly invited to attend and if you hold a Companion Card, your companion (Carer/Support worker) receives their first game free.
🎯 Cost:
• $7.50 per game for participants
🤝 Who can attend:
• Disability clients aged 16+
• Support workers and carers welcome

RSVP is essential so we can safely book the correct number of lanes.

💛 Why we do this:
There is a real need for organised, inclusive social opportunities where participants are able to attend with their own support workers. Many venues and services don’t allow this, which can prevent people from participating altogether. These meet-ups create a space where participants can form genuine connections, and where support workers can also connect helping to gently bridge social gaps for those who may find it challenging to make friends in the wider community.
