VFH OPEN DAY 2026 IS HERE!
Come and join us at the VFH stomping ground on Saturday 31st January and experience everything Velocity Fitness & Health Capalaba has to offer.
This event is open to the entire Redlands community — family, friends, first-timers and fitness lovers alike. Whether you’re curious, keen, or just want to train with your friends, we’d love to see you there.
What to expect:
• A sneak peek into our classes and facility
• Meet our incredible VFH coaches
• Experience the energy of our community and a live DJ all morning.
• Train, connect, and have some fun
Free Classes Running Throughout the Morning:
6:15am – Get Strong
7:15am – Get Conditioned (Inside)
7:15am – Kids Class (Outside)
8:15am – Barbell
We’ve got the whole family covered with a Kids Class at 7:15am, plus face painting to keep the little ones entertained while you train.
