Designed for little bodies that love to move!
Utilizing movement based practices we combine breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, yoga and dance to teach children how to regulate and express their emotions in a safe and calm way.
Because learning should be FUN!
The Details
First workshop - Saturday 22nd November @ 9.30am
Workshops are suitable for children ages 2.5+
Each workshop runs for 30 minutes
A variety of props may be used in workshops such as - sensory scarves, singing bowls, drums, expand-a-balls etc
Workshops are limited to 10 children per session
Exchange - $20 per child
Discounts available for groups
Workshops can also be run at schools, early childhood centre's and preschools
