Rebels Weightlifting Club is excited to host a special workshop with Emma-Kate Stampton from MUSE Body Mind.
With over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, Emma-Kate integrates movement, anatomy, and functional training to help professionals and clients enhance their skills and performance. Her dynamic teaching style combines evidence-based strategies with real-world application, leaving participants with both knowledge and practical tools they can use immediately.
