Start your morning with good food, great company and inspiring ideas. At this special breakfast event, we’ll dive into the world of slow fashion—a movement that’s all about saying goodbye to fashion and embracing creativity, quality clothing and making choices that matter.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast while hearing from two incredible voices in the industry:
· Jane Milburn, local North Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) resident, social entrepreneur, owner of Textile Beat, and author of Slow Clothing. Jane champions living lightly on Earth by making smarter, more thoughtful clothing choices.
· Kim Bailey, founder of East of Grey, creates unique, high-quality pieces using eco-friendly fabrics and processes. Kim is passionate about finding meaning in the things we buy, wear, and make.
Whether you’re a fashion lover, a conscious consumer, or just curious about how to make your wardrobe more intentional, this is your chance to learn, connect, and be part of the conversation.
Start with fresh seasonal fruit and your selection from a delicious menu of local favourites with dietary options available, accompanied by a selection of teas, juice and local barista made coffee.
