Intro to Yoga
A beginner level 6-class series to prepare you for a basic yoga class
Designed to prepare you for a basic yoga class or beginning an at-home practice. We will focus on proper alignment in yoga poses and good breathing durning your practice.

Series is limited to
10 participants.
Registration is required.
