The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a turning point when the light begins to return, celebrated for centuries as a time of renewal and reflection. Ancient cultures honored this moment with rituals to welcome the rebirth of the sun, embracing the balance of darkness and light.
Let’s gather in an intimate circle to honor this sacred time. Through gentle movement, breath, guided meditation, & sound healing, we will release what no longer serves us and set powerful intentions for the season ahead. The vibrations of sound will help you connect deeply with yourself, allowing space for renewal and transformation.

I have every thing you need at the studio (yoga mats, blankets, bolsters) unless you'd like to bring your own blanket and small pillow.
Please bring water, your crystals and any other items to make your experience as magical as possible!
