Yoga + Roller Bottle Class

Join Mandy and i for a grounding, all-levels yoga class designed to help you slow down, stretch, and reconnect with your body and breath. Expect gentle movement, mindful flow, and moments of rest that leave you feeling relaxed and restored. After class, keep the calm going at our DIY roller bottle bar. Choose crystal chips, botanicals, and essential oils to create a custom blend designed to melt stress and support calm, grounding, or deep relaxation. This is a ticketed event and spaces are limited!
