Join my three week workshop to kickstart your small business. You have the vision, and this class can help build the solid foundation to get you on your way.
Together, we’ll get you set up as a legal business, plan a marketing strategy, and get your small business out in front of potential clients. You'll leave each class with homework to help propel your business forward and get you ready for the next class.

Day 1 (October 2)
Business startup
We’ll craft your mission statement, start thinking about your target audiences, and explore options on setting up accounting, legal, and the other necessary accounts to run your business. We'll look at the competitive landscape to see where your business fits!
Day 2 (October 9)
Marketing strategy
We’ll dive into researching and understanding your target audience, including exercises to better understand where your audience spends time, online and in real life!
Day 3 (October 16)
Brand Visibility
Finally, we’ll move into how to be SEEN by your target audience. You know how your competitors are showing up, it’s time to choose your space!

This workshop will be highly collaborative, as small business owners are better together.
Who is this workshop for?
Someone interested in starting a business, or someone turning a hobby/side hustle into a solid revenue stream. This can also be a great deep dive for someone who started a business organically and would like to ensure their foundation is solid as they scale.
When?
This is an in-person 3 week workshop.
Thursday evenings, 6-8pm (October 2, 9, 16)
Where?
Studio 208 inside Second April Studio. We're located at 324 Cleveland Ave. NW in Canton, Ohio.
How much does it cost?
Total cost is $600. You can pay in full or split into 3 payments of $200. Final payment is due at the first class.
What else is included?
- A business file structure template built in Google Drive, helping you keep track of important documents and information
- A workbook to help you lay out your ideas (and have something to look back on)
- A private facebook group to ask questions and continue discussions throughout the weeks
