September 11 Remembrance WOD

Join us for a 9-11 Remembrance WOD on Thursday, September 11 during any of our classes. Class times will be 5:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Any and all people are welcome to join us for the workout at any of the classes through out the day. Non-CFVZ members are asked to sign a waiver and $5 drop in fee. *All first responders participating are free.

41 minutes and 20 seconds of physical movement in honor of the 412 first responders that lost their lives: 343 firefighters, 71 law enforcement officers and 8 paramedics.

WOD details:
AMRAP 41:20
100 step ups (20" box)
20 burpees
30 pull ups
40 lunges
*RX will be with a weighted vest or in first responder uniform
**all movements can be scaled to all athletes abilities.
