Quiet Day

Our Lenten Quiet Day: Meditations on Joy is an opportunity to step away from the noise and hurry of everyday life and spend time simply being present with God.

Throughout the day, short passages and reflections on joy will be offered, followed by quiet time to sit with the words, pray, and notice what God may be revealing. There’s no pressure to talk, perform, or “do it right.” Just space to breathe, reflect, and listen.

It’s amazing how much deeper our understanding can become when we give ourselves the gift of stillness.
