This Month's Topic: Being the Best Leader We Can Be
We’ll discuss three key ways to grow as leaders:
Debriefing – learning how to evaluate retreats, trips, and programs so we know when to try something new or cut ties.
Sabbath, Rest & Margin – how to build rhythms that keep us healthy and whole.
Leading by Example – this is super broad, but the area of "welcoming/reaching new students ourselves instead of just telling students to" was specifically requested.
Our monthly meeting is a casual round-table discussion with like-minded youth workers. Whether you've been coming for years or if this is your first time, we'd love to see you there! This is a great opportunity for both newer youth workers and long-time veterans to share ideas, strategies, and vision for ministry.
Afterwards we usually head to Los Tres Amigos for lunch. We’d love to have you join us for that too if you’re available!
