Mindful Mandala Worshop

Create your own Mandala while learning about and experiencing the attitudes of mindfulness. Additionally, you will enjoy a mindful movement practice and a restorative rest session enhanced by sound medicine. All materials provided. No prior yoga experience is required. Cost is $10. Scholarships available through Light after Loss. Maximum of 15 people.
