Wave Bar & Lounge is hosting a free community Halloween Fest packed with activities, treats, and smiles for the kids.

🍭 Trick-or-treat candy stations
💈 Free haircuts by Levels Barber College
🎨 Face painting by SlaybyQuayStudio
🍔 Delicious food provided by Chef Steve
🎉 Special birthday celebration for A’Livia
🛍️ Vendor booths ($100 per table – limited spots)
