GRIT FOR A CAUSE is our annual competitive, timed team workout event designed to challenge your limits all for a great cause. All proceeds to support Goshen Valley to make a positive impact together within our community and beyond.
While it will be a tough workout (nothing new there), you don't have to be any certain level to participate, can go at your own pace and will have mods. You can do this! If you can't attend, please consider ghost participant, donating and/or sharing the event. All participants will receive a commemorative shirt.

Goshen Valley seeks to provide peace and purpose to youth in foster care. Since 1999, Goshen Valley has been caring for vulnerable families and children in Northwest Georgia and Metro Atlanta. Our mission is to provide hope and healing to foster youth and vulnerable families to cultivate personal healing and generational change. More than 120 kids in our residential programs experience the safety of a home, the love of a family, and the hope of a future daily.
