Poole Funeral Home Hosts Community Barbecue Honoring First Responders on National First Responders Day
Woodstock, GA – Poole Funeral Home is proud to announce its First Responders Barbecue in celebration of National First Responders Day, taking place on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at its Woodstock location, 1970 Eagle Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189.
Brian Poole, Owner and Funeral Director, will personally be serving up a hearty barbecue lunch to all first responders as a token of appreciation for their service, sacrifice, and continued commitment to the safety of our community.
“This is a day to honor the everyday heroes among us,” said Brian Poole. “We are opening our doors and hearts to give thanks in the best way we know how—through fellowship, food, and community.”
This heart-centered event, “Celebrating Lives Lived — Honoring Those Who Serve,” has gained overwhelming support from incredible local community partners who have volunteered time, services, and resources to make the day truly special. We gratefully recognize:
