Discover the Ancient Art of Shamanic Journeying.
Although Spirit has communicated with me and through me for most of my life—my first memories of this being as a teenager, when I had an uncanny ability to know things about people that I had no way of knowing—it often resulted in them asking, "How did you know that?" or saying, "Can you repeat that?" Of course, I couldn’t remember what I had said, and I now understand that the message wasn’t meant for me.
It's important to understand that connection and communication with Spirit is a natural process, something that has been practised since the dawn of humanity. Shamanic journeying is a cross-culturally practised tradition around the world, and in my teaching, no specific tradition is borrowed from. This is cross-cultural shamanism... human to spirit.
My first shamanic journey took place in the jungle of Costa Rica with a Brazilian shaman in 2015. It was an incredible experience that lit a fire within me, sparking a deep desire to learn more. This led to my three-year apprenticeship into the world of Shamanism.
The Art of the Shamanic Journey workshop is the culmination of many people asking me, “What actually happens?” or me correcting misunderstandings about Spirit. More importantly, it's driven by a strong desire within me to offer a beautiful tool for personal empowerment—something that is increasingly needed in today’s world.
