Sound and Silence Day Retreat

Myself and Katrin are hosting another round of our popular Sound and Silence day-retreats. Katrin is an artist and shamanic practitioner while I am a sound practitioner and somatic coach. We use our combined skills to weave a journey of sound and silence and to help tap into the stillness at the heart of our being. This will be a transformational day for releasing, re-energising and re-invigorating our body, mind and spirit. Snacks will be provided on the day but please bring your own lunch.
The day will include-
· Opening circle including some gentle somatic embodiment movement and sounding practices
· Shamanic drum journey
Labyrinth walk
· Toning circle with some vocal toning techniques
o to support releasing of emotions
o Offerings of healing sounds and tones to ourselves and the global community
· Intuitive automatic writing practice
· Sound bath
· Closing circle with fire ritual
The day will be interspersed with periods of silent contemplation.
