Aubergine Escalope. Crispy breaded aubergine layered with rich tomato sauce and melted Provolone cheese

Smoker Chicken Skewer. Tender chicken marinated in aromatic garlic and smoky paprika, grilled to perfection and served with rich caramelised onions and creamy mashed potatoes.
SECOND COURSE
Paired with: LUPA MALBEC 2019 – Mendoza, Argentina
Argentinian Sirloin Steak. A juicy sirloin steak, grilled to perfection, served with green beans and creamy mashed potatoes.

Pork Steak. Tender Argentinian-style pork steak slow-cooked with caramelised onions, peppers, tomatoes and Spanish olives. Served with sweet potatoes.
