Spice up your Monday night with 45 minutes of pure feel-good movement — all standing, no equipment, no awkward mirrors. Just you, the beat, and a dance floor full of endorphins.
Every Elemental Session is part workout, part night out (minus the hangover). Expect modern club classics, euphoric lights, and a sing–dance break where you’re encouraged to let loose, freestyle, and not take yourself too seriously. Science says singing and dancing together is a massive endorphin booster — pair that with exercise and you’ve got a double shot of feel-good.
Here's what people are saying about Elemental Sessions:
✨ “It honestly just felt like I was on a night out having a really sweaty dance”
✨ “I don’t think I’ve ever smiled so much during a workout”
✨ “Banger after banger”
Perfectly pitched for all levels, with options so you can challenge yourself without feeling left behind. The lights and music keep you moving through the burn, and you’ll leave the club buzzing — sweaty, smiling, and with all your rings closed…and home in bed by 8 without even a whisper of a hangover!!!
