This time of year can be especially triggering with stressors coming out of the woodwork like crazy!
Within our Rooted in Recovery Women’s group, you don’t have to do it alone and you deserve a space where you can express your struggles, and feel safe, supported, seen, and heard doing so.

This group is held with the softest energy: compassion, safety, comfort, and empowerment.
You don’t need to be fully sober.
You don’t need to have a “rock bottom.”
You don’t need to explain or justify your journey.
And you definitely don’t need to have it all figured out!
