Step away from the busyness, the mind, the judgements... into a safe space. Where curiosity and self love take over as we explore different styles of music and moving in ways that feel good to our bodies. using 1 to 3 simple movements and inviting connection to our breath, the music and each other in a playful and creative way.
no experience needed. all ages and abilities.
all you need is to be able to move. even with limited mobility, people can do this from a chair or in whatever way that works for them.

please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to get settled in before starting. bring water, loose comfy clothing. shoes off is preferred unless medically necessary. stay after class for a donation based breath, sound and meditation journey to activate the parasympathetic nervous system into deeper healing
