Light in Darkness Paint and Meditate

This date's workshop will be inspired by the Flying Canoe Festival and the French-Indigenous tale of La Chasse Galerie. We'll honour the light that can be found in this; the season of Darkness!

Join Alyssa Caron and Dawn Saunders Dahl for a meditation-meets-watercolour workshop to connect to your intuition and creativity.

No experience with meditation OR watercolour necessary. We’ll supply the materials, you supply the excitement to create!

You’ll leave the workshop with your own piece of abstract watercolour and ink artwork and mindfulness tools to ignite your creativity.
