In this non-heated session, we’ll ease into a few supported poses using props, then melt into a Yoga Nidra-guided sound bath experience.

Unlike a typical sound bath, this one is thoughtfully designed to not only soothe your nervous system with the vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments, but also to reset and harmonize your left and right brain through the calming practice of Yoga Nidra.

In short… we're going to get seriously chill.
