For those who have not been to one of our shows before, we guarantee an evening of great music, respectful banter, energy and fun. Bring your spirit, your love of music and people, and let your hair down. You won’t go home disappointed.
We are a cover band playing rock mostly from the 70s-00s (plenty of Australian songs) with some songs from the 60s and one from 1931. We are academics and educators by day, rockers by night, although occasionally our academic side might creep into the repartee.
OC/DC donates all proceeds to charity. We have focussed on children’s charities in the past. This time, in recognition of the mental health challenges our society faces and that we see every day, we are supporting Beyond Blue, one of Australia’s most trusted mental health organisations.
We play the music, in these strange and uncertain times, that we enjoy. We span classic rock, blues rock, hard rock and drift a little towards jazz occasionally. It’s great music. It will make you want to get up, move and sing your heart out, and you will be supporting a good cause. Hope to see you there.
