Welcome to Nature Play, a forest play-based education session facilitated by the National Arboretum's outdoor educators.
Suitable for ages 18 months -5 years and their carers, Nature Play offers a unique and immersive approach to childhood development, fostering a deep connection between children and nature.
Sessions provide a fun, engaging and nurturing space in the cool shade and serenity of the Cork Oak Forest or the Himalayan Cedar Forest (check your ticket to confirm the location of your session). Children can develop skills at their own pace, build physical and emotional confidence, and unleash their creativity through imaginative play. Whether it's experimenting with earth and water, creating with sticks and stones, or engaging in role-play, children gain valuable life skills that go beyond four walls.
📍Nature Play moves between the Arboretum's forest. Check your booking to confirm the location of your session.
