Meditative Embroidery Workshop

Join Michele Grimston for a calm and relaxing introduction to the slow creative medium of hand embroidery. In a safe and welcoming environment, you’ll learn a range of simple embroidery stitches and techniques, and how you can use these to tap into your own creativity and generate unique works of art that support your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Embroidery is a medium that requires minimal tools and equipment, and can be done almost anywhere, anytime – making it the perfect medium for those daily contemplative moments. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished piece, a range of ideas to continue exploring and a sense of calm that you can continue coming back to.

Please note that materials will be supplied by the tutor and are included in the course fee.
