Epic Sound Bath

Join Bianca Reese and Eli Haski for another deep dive into sound meditation.
These sessions are specially crafted sound scapes to take you on a healing journey like no other.
Sound healing has been used for centuries and allows us to clear out stuck and old patterns buried deep in the tissues of the body. It allows us to create new space and a clear mindset, can give fresh perspective to old issues and can benefit physical discomfort. They are also very relaxing and can facilitate deep relaxation of body and mind.
All you need to do is lay down and let the sounds wash over and through you.
These sessions may not be suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, the vibrations can also effect artificial joint comfort. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
