Join The Intoxicating Professor, Heather McKechney, for a trio of delicious holiday cocktails while learning about the wonderful science that makes this season such a special time of the year.

From the chemistry responsible for the smell of Christmas trees and baking gingerbread men, to the science of snowflakes and ornaments, we will explore it all, including answering the age-old question: Does turkey really make you sleepy?

The three cocktails will feature New York sparkling wine, and you’ll leave with the recipes to use at your own holiday parties. Cheers!
