This is a class for all. No posture or meditation experience required. If you are looking to feel pampered through self care all with the guidance of a certified guide...... this is for you. Lots of bolsters and blankets for optimal comfort and care.

Safe, ambient spacious environment, soft soothing sounds, essential oils, and perhaps a few special surprises.
