Winter Sound Bath Series

Join us for a winter series of sound bath events designed to support deep rest.

This program is offered through the Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District.
​
These sound baths will include the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and guided iRest® meditation, an evidence-based practice.
​
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Chairs will be available.
​
This sound bath program is led by certified iRest teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.
