Yoga Class at the Serving Area Military Resource Center

Join us for our Monday Evening Yoga class at the SAM Center in Canal Fulton on Manchester Avenue. This hour-long class starts at 6:30PM and is appropriate for a variety of ability levels. Explore essential stretches and improve strength and flexibility for better posture and balance.

This class is being taught by Lee Schroeder, certified in therapeutic stretching and balance disorders. No equipment is needed.

FREE to Veterans.
Non-veteran rate is $40 for 4 consecutive weeks. Try out the first class for $10 to determine if it meets your needs.

Lee also offers a Wednesday Night Class and a Chair Yoga Class on Thursdays at 4pm
