Restorative Aerial and Sound Bath

Where restorative aerial yoga meets the healing power of sound. Join Monica and Vanessa in a deeply soothing practice where movement meets resonance, and mind, body and spirit find harmony. Release all tension as you float weightlessly while enjoying a reiki sound bath in your private yoga cradle.

Monica will guide you to relaxation as she leads you through a gentle restorative aerial yoga practice with extended savasana. Throughout the experience, Vanessa will draw your attention inward by offering soothing reiki sound healing with gongs, crystal bowls and gentle chimes. This mostly stationary practice takes place low-to-the-ground and is suitable for everyone, even those who have not practiced aerial yoga before.

Restorative aerial yoga is a deeply soothing practice. When paired with sound healing, it is a truly unique and transformative experience. The combination of the two will bring you to a completely relaxed state, creating a sense of inner peace and harmony, reducing stress and encouraging a healthy flow of energy in body and mind.
