Yin & Pin

In this gentle combination of yin yoga and acupuncture with Leah (Studio Nine) and Lindsay (Wildrose Community Acupuncture), your nervous system will be guided to slow down, reset and ground. This is your opportunity to take some time, receive care, and go within. You’re worth it.

This Yin & Pin event will consist of a gentle yin class led by Leah to ease you into a more relaxed state of mind. Then Lindsay will insert ear acupuncture needles to specifically promote an even deeper state of relaxation while you are supported in a resting pose with pillows, blankets and soft music playing. Once everyone's needles are in, Leah will lead a Yoga Nidra practice so you can journey deeper inward (or even have a nap), and then the needles will be removed.
