Winter Wellness For A Cause

Join us for a Winter Wellness celebration filled with movement, community, and giving back. We’ll flow through a festive 45-minute mat Pilates sculpt class led by Sam, followed by complimentary 100% gluten-free lifestyle bowls from Boltiful Fresh Kitchen and the most delicious matcha and drinks by Pretty Bees Coffee. We’re also hosting a donation drive for the women and children’s shelter, spreading warmth and love this season to those who need it most. A beautiful day of wellness, community, and heart. ❄️💕 As well as partical proceeds will go to Bay Area Rescue
