Join us for a gentle online session on Practical Mindfulness for Daily Life with wellness coach Mika Ortega.

For 1–1.5 hours, let’s pause, breathe, and reconnect, not just with ourselves, but with each other. Geography, busy schedules, or life’s priorities won’t separate us. This is our space to check in, recharge, and feel the CYM bond wherever we are.
