As the seasons shift, so do we.
Join us for a powerful evening of rest and reconnection — a women’s gathering grounded in the wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga nidra, and intentional seasonal rituals. This is your space to slow down, soften, and return to the rhythms of nature and self.
Expect herbal teas, Ayurvedic insights, and deeply restorative practices designed to nourish your nervous system and support your health through this time of transition.
Getting to Know your Facilitator
Alana grew up in South-West Sydney. School structure never fit, so she found expression in dance, piano and drawing. At 16 she lost her best friend and father, leading to destructive behaviour. Dance kept her going and she became a teacher, but felt unfulfilled. Medication left her numb, so she turned to yoga. During teacher training in Ubud she dived into yoga, bodywork, anatomy, meridians, meditation and related modalities, discovering yoga as her steady anchor. Since then she’s continued to study and is now a respected teacher known for clear, grounded classes.

72-hour Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training
