Exploring Kayaking and Fishing: Learn the Basics (SW OH)

Join the Ohio Division of Wildlife to learn about pairing kayaking and fishing!

Topics of this class will include an overview of shore fishing and kayak safety. The class will then cover kayak fishing as a whole. The end of the class will allow participants to fish from shore or by kayak. Participants 16 and older are required to purchase a fishing license if actively fishing. Please dress for the weather, as the class will be outdoors. All equipment will be provided.
